You can actually Google it, so here's what I got when I did.
Step 1: Type it in the search bar. The first thing that pops up should be Facebook themselves.
Click on it.
Step 2: This gives you an idea of what the privacy violation is.
Scroll to the bottom, and you'll see these choices:
Step 3: Is that first option you? If so, then click on it. When you do, it'll give you a brief description of the option you chose.
Will you go through with this? If so, click on the blue “fill out this form”. It'll take you to this:
